Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

Refund Policy

  • Since our products are food-based and perishable, refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

    • You received the wrong item.

    • The product was damaged in transit (with photo proof).

    • The item delivered was expired or spoiled upon delivery.

  • Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

No Return Policy

  • Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used.
